Payable value is calculated

Payable value = settlement value of orders shipped in previous calendar month

(-) settlement value of orders returned in previous calendar month

(-) Additional fees (storage fees, item acceptance fees, item recall fees etc)

Settlement fees for orders shipped and returned depends on following factors

Selling price or discount at which the product is sold to customer
Channel fees on which the product is sold which in turn may depend upon the product category, product weight, shipping destination and type of order. In case of returns, channel fees may vary upon the type of return as well - courier return (item is marked as not deliverable by the courier and returned back to shipper) or customer return (returns in which customer receives the item and initiates the return)
Tax class of the product
