When you deliver your consignment to Eshopbox, you need to make sure that the order is shipped according to the schedule mentioned in the Appointment Confirmation Letter. The following documents will be needed when the consignment reaches eshopbox warehouse.

The transportation of consignment to Eshopbox and the insurance of the products during transportation is brand’s responsibility.
Packing list is the Sheet containing information of the goods. You will find this list in the form when you schedule appointment with us.
The boxes or the cartons should also be marked with a packing list containing the exact information of goods in those boxes or cartons, which help us in the identification.
Please note that the consignment must match the details written in the documents in order to make the inbound process easier.
During the time of delivery, it is imperative that you send someone along with your inventory that can help off- load all the material from the vehicle and give the required information and summary of the stock.
After this you will be receive the first update for your consignment as a goods receiving note (grn) from our side, which contain the number of boxes received by us at the warehouse. It is recommended to keep the receiving note with you for future reference.
Next will be within 24 hrs you will receive an acknowledgement mail from Eshopbox.
